The fall drying season has been very busy as it is every year.
Dryer master has significantly increased its global presense with our China partners. A significant portion of our production was exported to China this past year and we expect this market grow.
Domesticaly our relationship with Neco has yielded a close fit for Dryer Master Control as their prefered moisture system. This is a plus for Neco as it circumvents many years of Engineering and development and allows Neco to bring a proven Moisture control technology into the fold in only a single season. We will continue to work closely to enhance the technology.
August 2011:
This summer has seen Dryer Master work hard to meet equipment demand. Our DM510E embedded solution has enjoyed expansion with a key US Dryer Manufacturer adopting Dryer Master technology as their preferred moisture control solution. Dryer Master China is now also using the DM510E solution to provide a "Made in China" feel Dryer Master for the Chinese market. This solution allows Dryer Master China to provide the HMI (Human Machine Interface) in Chinese.
The Dryer Master cell phone web based interface with email messaging has not fared as well. This solution uses a 3rd party hardware solution by one of the major automation equipment suppliers. Unfortunately the equipment does not work as the specifications state. We are working with the supplier to rectify their issues so we can complete our offering. This solution was scheduled for completion in July 2011. Due to issues beyond our control it is not available at this time.
Our Dryer Master Client software is available and working well. This is still free for those who wish. There is a slight cost for hardware to allow this to work through the network or internet using a 3rd party device.
Personnel expansion saw Robert Lemon come on board. Rob is a creative software developer and IT expert. Robert will work on expanding the Dryer Master Software platform capabilities and expand system security, as well as meeting the need of our clientele with expanded system access.
May 2011:
We have experienced an extreamly busy spring. For us at least the ecomomy seems to be on the mend.
The web based interface is being delayed slightly. The work was contracted and our suppliers are also very busy at this time.
March 2011:
The New Dryer Master DM510 Training DVD is now available. Drop us a note on the ‘Contact Us’ page or call if you wish to receive a copy. Please include the last 4 digits of the DM510 Dryer Master serial number.
We are continuing with the development of the AM3 for Rice. This product is being developed for our business partners in Malaysia and Thailand. Once complete the operations description will be available on the product page.
The development of the web based Dryer Master interface is progressing. Prototype testing scheduled for June 2011. Limited availability in July 2011. The intent is for this add on to be able to be retrofit to all DM510 Dryer Masters. Systems older then 2008 may require additional software and hardware updates.
