The Dryer Master® Fin and Fin-in-Cell Moisture Sensors are capacitance devices that respond to the total bulk moisture within the product. Underlying Technology

Moisture Sensors are capacitance devices that respond to the total bulk moisture within the product.

Typical Applications

Applications suitable include: RTE cereals, pet food, coffee, instant rice, detergents, dried cheese, cellulose acetate, corn-based products, soy meal, distillate by-products, protein meals, flour and whole grains.

The moisture sensor unit can be powered from an existing instrumentation supply provided it is grounded or grounding it will not interfere with existing instrumentation.
One 4 wire instrument cable connects the display to the moisture sensor
